Another project. Music + Sound.

An ad for Adobe. I did sound design + music on this as well. Kinda fun creating the soundscape of the marble, playing a little on the pinball theme.
I did sound design and music for this ad. Everyone in the ad industry has to work on a dog bone commercial at some point in their life. It’s just a prerequisite to success.
Our Atlanta Film Fest screening of A Band of Rogues was sold out!
So fun to see your film and hear your music on the big screen. Hear the laughs and the comments.
See the encore next Sunday. 9pm. Plaza on Ponce.
Our film, A Band of Rogues is in the Atlanta Film Fest and mentioned in Atlanta Journal Constitution as one of the 5 Films to See.
Come see it, 4 PM. Sunday. Plaza on Ponce
A LegalZoom national ad I created music/sound design for with the creative boys from Veracity Colab.
Together with a German artist by the name of René Aigner, I’ve created a gallery pairing his paintings with my music.
“Whatever you now find weird, ugly, uncomfortable and nasty about a new medium will surely become its signature. CD distortion, the jitteriness of digital video, the crap sound of 8-bit - all of these will be cherished and emulated as soon as they can be avoided. It’s the sound of failure: so much modern art is the sound of things going out of control, of a medium pushing to its limits and breaking apart. The distorted guitar sound is the sound of something too loud for the medium supposed to carry it. The blues singer with the cracked voice is the sound of an emotional cry too powerful for the throat that releases it. The excitement of grainy film, of bleached-out black and white, is the excitement of witnessing events too momentous for the medium assigned to record them.”
This is another song of mine used in an ad for that little credit card device. Square, Inc.
An instrumental of mine was used in a SHOWTIME special. I’m not a huge NFL fan but it’s a cool story.
(It’s the intro and a song halfway through)
“Everything You Say” was licensed for this cute little video. It has cupcakes, which I must admit is a plus..
This is a worship song my lovely wife and I recorded. The strings you hear are by the talented Jessica Haberkern.
So we won best feature film at Bel Air & Edmonton Film Fests. It’s been so fun watching our film on the big screen, or should I say listening to our film..
Other than that I’ve done a couple smaller jobs, I wrote a song for an Australian short film called “Heaven” directed by Maziar Lahooti. I also wrote some cues for a Pilot show on Billy Graham directed by Daniel Camenisch.
Lately I’ve started doing some licensing with my music which is kind of nice because it works for itself. So don’t be alarmed if you hear one of my songs in a furniture commercial…
On a personal note, our baby is coming very soon. The due date is just around the corner. Exciting!
