Yesterday we began shooting our short. It involved some long treks through some desert landscapes while towing “Corky” ( in castellano “Corko”) the horse, actually it was the actress who had to do that. Rominá, the main actress, had to ride the horse in a couple scenes without a saddle. Needless to say, this is not extremely safe, she had two nasty falls but brushed them off like it was no big deal.
Meanwhile I was recording some sound effects, trying to avoid the rear end of the horse, donning a borrowed 80’s trucker hat, a necessary piece of sound equipment.
Today we’re going to do some more filming in the hot, hot, heat. Until next time.
